Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Ironwood Summit Community Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on benefits enrolment for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
