Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Clearpath Cross Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Fort Worth design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Prepare reports on ridership counts for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
