Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Harborlight Maple Community Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on food distribution for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
