Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Stone Care Services Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on caregiver training for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
