Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Harborlight Lakeside Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in San Diego. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
