Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Vale Housing and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on repair requests for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
