Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Westbrook Pike Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the St. Louis area, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
