Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Harborlight Mill Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Albuquerque, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
