Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Greenridge Wren Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Albuquerque. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
