Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Lumen Quarry Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Pittsburgh design routes and schedules, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
