Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Highbridge Sparrow Transit Planning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on ridership counts for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
