Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Summit Sparrow Care Services provides in-home and community support in Dallas, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
