Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Foxglove Sparrow Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Columbus with a full calendar of events, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
