Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Bright Kestrel Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Kansas City. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
