Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Lumen Care Services provides in-home and community support in Hartford, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on caregiver training for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
