Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Cobalt Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. Families are partners. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
