Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Westbrook Field Property Management is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on rent collection for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
