Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Summit Clear Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in San Diego presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 952 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare reports on visitor services for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
