Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Stonegate Corner Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Richmond. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on school calendars for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
