Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Beacon Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
