Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Cedar Technologies is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
