Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Highbridge Vista Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Austin, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on waiting lists for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
