Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Fox Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on student accounts for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
