Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Lumen Yarrow Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Columbus working with agencies and riders, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
