Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Foxglove Meadow Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around St. Louis, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on waiting lists for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
