Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Pine Community Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
