Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Haven Early Learning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
