Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood West Care Services and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 979 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
