Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Rivermark Timber Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Des Moines. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
