Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Silverline Timber Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Buffalo. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 86 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on lease compliance for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
