Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Fernwood North Community Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 569 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on grant reporting for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
