Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Junction Community Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Prepare reports on food distribution for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
