Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Harborlight Nest Early Learning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
