Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Silverline Thistle Property Management is a Albuquerque property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 116 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on unit turnovers for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
