Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Greenridge Clear Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Des Moines, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on licensing for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
