Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Foxglove Lantern Property Management is a San Antonio property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on vendor invoices for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
