Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Haven Early Learning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
