Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Redstone Rook Early Learning runs childcare centres in Salt Lake City caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
