Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Lakeside Transit Planning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
