Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Highbridge Loom Early Learning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
