Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Amberfield Fox Learning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 151 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare reports on student accounts for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
