Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Summit Fox Early Learning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
