Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Bluepeak Wren Arts Center Partners is a cultural organisation in Anchorage presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
