Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Corner Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
