Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Greenridge Vista Community Partners runs community programmes across Tampa. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on client intake for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
