Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Bright Ridge Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Tampa. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
