Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Highbridge Meadow Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Birmingham. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on resident services for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
