Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Stonegate Ivory Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around San Antonio. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 168 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on ridership counts for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
