Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Lumen Beacon Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Sacramento. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on repair requests for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
