Bluepeak Fern Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Raleigh design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
